300 SL Gullwing (W198)

Our 1954 300SL Gullwing is a true racecar. It was first owned by Carl Kiekhaefer, the founder of Mercury Marine Racing. He entered the car to the first and only NASCAR sports car race in Raleigh, NC.

Famous NASCAR driver Tim Flock finished the 100 mile race with an average speed of 78.2 miles per hour and came in 1st. This makes our Gullwing a car with true racing heritage!
